This poster was made to explain many different facets to my Spring 2022 "Hollywood Bondage" collection. The poster features reference images, sketches, color swatches and tech flats that I also created.

This poster was made as part of an assignment researching a style icon. The fashion hood, flat top and androgyny were all facets of Grace Jones' style and the fact that they were trends during the 1980s can be atrributed back to Jones.

These posters were made to compare trends then and now. The first poster features fashion items that were part of the micro mini skirt fad, and the second gives examples of a wadrobe staple, the blazer.

I have titled this mood board and following collection "The Harpy in Spring." I took inspiration from "The Lion in Winter," I was so taken by this movie (mostly Katherine Hepburn.) It is about King Henry the Second in the winter his life, lining up the successor to his throne and Kingdom. Unlike King Henry, I am just beginning to build my own domain that he was leaving behind. I was also inspired by the creativity and confidence exuded by Grace Jones, Madonna, and the ball scene of Paris is Burning.

This poster was made as part of research done on an iconic fashion designer. I picked my favorite, Alexander McQueen. I like the realative simplicity of his picture with his other-worldly designs orbiting around him.

This is a poster made to advertise CWU's 27th annual fashion show. The image is a John Paul Goode reference and I created it myself with staples, tape and safety pins.
